Clarkhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16520095125119187617noreply@blogger.comBlogger1125tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15644674.post-72480074714203384292009-10-03T18:26:13.385-04:002009-10-03T18:26:13.385-04:00Would YOU like to teach the world to sing -- veget...Would YOU like to teach the world to sing -- vegetarian songs??<br /><br />As I've observed vegetarian parents catering to their children's physical needs, it's puzzled me that SO little attention has been committed to the importance of 'THEIR 'building vegetarian culture' so that future generations will ALSO celebrate its positive values.<br /><br />In the US, we seem to default to believing in defaulting to prevailing social institutions AND the powerful sway of the dumbing down of mass media.<br /><br />I can hardly call that 'conservative' because it fails to conserve much of what is truly valuable. Look at the case of Dave Letterman. [Oh, it's on TV. Just applaud (despite it all).]<br /><br />I think that religious people know MUCH MORE about culture building than vegetarians do.<br /><br />But try to do something truly revolutionary, and the 'folk' around will jut yell out 'Russia' (if it's intelligent) and something else if it isn't.Maynard S.
